General Terms and Conditions – Higuerón West Property Care S.L.
1. Subject Matter
These general conditions regulate the booking and rental of the holiday accommodations offered on the website http://www.higueronwestpc.com, owned by Higuerón West Property Care S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “The Owner”).
2. Booking
2.1 Booking Process:
To make a booking, the user must complete the booking form available on the website. The booking will be confirmed via a confirmation email sent by The Owner.
2.2 Payments:
•A payment of 50% of the total rental amount must be made 7 days before arrival as a deposit.
•The remaining balance must be paid no later than 5 days before arrival.
•Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
2.3 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be notified in writing to info@higueronwestpc.com. The refund conditions are as follows:
•Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit.
•Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: No refund.
3. Arrival and Departure
3.1 Check-in:
Check-in time for the accommodation is from 15:00 (3:00 PM) on the day of arrival. If the guest expects to arrive outside these hours, they must notify The Owner in advance.
3.2 Check-out:
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out without prior arrangement may incur an additional charge.
4. Occupancy
4.1 Number of Occupants:
The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of persons specified in the booking. No additional guests are allowed without the prior consent of The Owner.
4.2 Rules of Good Conduct:
Guests must respect the rules of conduct and courtesy, avoiding disturbance to neighbors. No parties or events are allowed without prior authorization.
5. Use of the Accommodation
5.1 Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation in good condition and for reporting any damage or malfunction immediately.
5.2 Prohibitions:
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, as well as any illegal or dangerous activity.
6. Services Included
6.1 Included Services:
The rent includes the following services unless otherwise specified in the booking: water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.
6.2 Additional Equipment:
Additional equipment can be added and will be specified in the booking and property specifications.
7. Owner Liability
7.1 Exclusion of Liability:
The Owner will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered by guests during their stay, unless directly attributable to negligence on the part of The Owner.
7.2 Force Majeure:
In case of force majeure (fire, flood, etc.) preventing the use of the accommodation, The Owner undertakes to reimburse the full amount paid by the guests.
8. Data Protection
